QUEZON City, Philippines – Based on the data of the Commission on Elections, there are 318,000 active voters who are classified as persons with disabilities. As such, the COMELEC set aside 4, 000 accessible polling precincts for PWDs, sick, pregnant and senior citizens in order to facilitate their right to exercise suffrage on election day.
