The Commission on Elections once again postponed the date of the printing of the official ballot for the May 2016 elections from February 1 to February 8 to avoid allegations of bias and partiality.
The COMELEC added that this will be the final postponement cause any further delay on the printing of the official ballot will also result in the delaying of the election.
