MANILA,Philippines – The Commission on Elections guaranteed that it has already implemented all of the safeguards found in the Automated Elections Act and promised that the coming election will be the most transparent in the history of the Philippines. The COMELEC also guaranteed that there will no longer be any postponement or delay regarding the election and that said election will take place as scheduled.
