COMELEC allows mail voting

MANILA, Philippines – The Commission on Elections gave consideration to Filipinos that want to participate in the overseas Filipino voting even if they are in countries that are in a state of turmoil. COMELEC will give said voters the opportunity to vote using personal manual voting that will be sent through registered mail. Said type of voting will be conducted in 26 diplomatic posts including Iran, Iraq and Syria.
