QUEZON City, Philippines — The Commission on Elections is all set for the mock elections scheduled on Saturday, February 13. According to COMELEC Chairman Andres Bautista, the mock elections will help in the fine-tuning of procedures in polling and voting centers. The mock elections will be conducted in Taguig City, Pateros, Quezon City, Manila, Pangasinan, Tuguegarao City, Aparri, Cagayan, Sorsogon City and Albay.
