(Eagle News)–Cloudy skies are expected in parts of the country today, June 1, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
PAGASA said Eastern Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Caraga and Davao Region will also have scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the Intertropical Convergence Zone affecting Eastern Sections of Visayas and Mindanao.
Flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms are possible.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers this time due to localized thunderstorms.
The whole country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters, the weather bureau said.
