(Eagle News)– Cloudy skies will prevail in the country today as the southwest monsoon affects extreme northern Luzon.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers mostly in the afternoon or evening.
The weather bureau said this was due to localized thunderstorms.
Flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms are possible.
Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
