(Eagle News)–Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms are expected over Mindanao and Eastern Visayas due to the low pressure area off Surigao del Sur.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Bicol Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the tail-end of a cold front.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains, PAGASA said, as the northeast monsoon affects Northern Luzon.
The rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
