(Eagle News)–Cloudy skies and rains are expected in parts of the country today.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Mindanao, Eastern and Central Visayas will have cloudy skies with rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms due to the easterlies.
PAGASA said Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the easterlies and the northeasterly surface windflow prevailing over Northern Luzon.
Ilocos Region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains while Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
