Cloudy skies expected over parts of PHL today, June 2

(Eagle News)–Cloudy skies are expected in parts of the country today, June 2, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.

PAGASA said the cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers are expected over Mindanao and Palawan, as an Intertropical Convergence Zone affects Mindanao and Palawan.

Flashfloods or landslides during severe thunderstorms are possible.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by localized thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters are expected.
