DANANG, Vietnam (Reuters) — Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived in Vietnam for the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation summit on Friday (November 10).
Xi will meet other leaders including Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday in the Vietnamese seaside resort of Danang.
Agreement over the leaders’ statement is likely to prove one of the major sticking points of the summit due to the increasingly protectionist stance of the US.
