China and Russia to conduct joint anti-missile drill

QUEZON City, Philippines – China and Russia will conduct a joint anti-missile drill in the face of the plans of the United States of America and South Korea to install a missile defense system in the Korean Peninsula. As reported by the official English language newspaper of China, the joint drill will be conducted this month in the Russian Military Research Center.

The joint drill aims to familiarize the countries’ forces in each other’s command structure as well as data transmission. China and Russia are the main opposition against the plans of the US and South Korea installing a missile defense system and the Korean Peninsula.
