MANILA, Philippines, September 2 (Eagle News) — The Court of Appeals (CA) ruled on the legality of using public funds in the printing of the Iglesia Ni Cristo centennial stamps, ruling that Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) only followed the Executive Order issued by President Benigno S. Aquino III.
