(Eagle News) — The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas is now looking into why a netizen withdrawing money from an automated teller machine was given “faceless” P100 bills instead.

In a statement, the Bank of the Philippine Islands said it was also probing the matter.

“We will provide updates once available,” BPI said.

In her Facebook account, Earla Anne Yehey posted pictures of the P100 bills she said she withdrew.

They do not have the face of the late President Manuel Roxas on them.

In her post, she said she made the withdrawal from the ATM early Sunday.
