Brace yourself: 10 to 13 typhoons to enter PHL, says PAGASA

(Eagle News) – The weather bureau has officially announced the start of the rainy season.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said that 10 up to 13 typhoons were expected to develop and enter the country until November.

Esperanza Cayanan, weather service chief of PAGASA, said that by next month alone, the country would have two to four typhoons.

Two to three typhoons are expected to enter the country by the months of August, September and October, while one to two typhoons could come in by November.
