(Eagle News)–At least three people–including two minors–were killed after a fire hit a residential area in Tondo, Manila on Wednesday, Sept. 11.
Authorities have yet to determine the cause of the fire that struck several houses at Honorio Lopez.
The fire reached the second alarm.
No other details were available so far.
