(Eagle News)–Alarm Level 1 has been hoisted over Marikina River.
The Marikina City Rescue 161 said water levels have reached 15 meters as of 7:07 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 15.
This means residents near the river should prepare to evacuate.
Rains continue to pound parts of the country as “Ompong” heads toward Apayao and Ilocos Norte.
