QUEZON City, Philippines – Various groups are appealing the government to exert all efforts to rescue its three remaining captives of the Abu Sayyaf after it released another video showing the three remaining hostages pleading the government to pay the ransom. The Abu Sayyaf threatened to behead the three if no ransom is delivered.
