[Review] Absolver – Videogame about Martial Arts

ABSOLVER is set in an Open World map but with very straight path. The story started as you’re a student or an apprentice who embarks on a 60-level journey.

And without a minimap right on the screen, it is easy to get lost. But you can always open this from the Menu.

The  game is not a  button mashing play style. Because every move or action drains your stamina bar, so you need to find that exact time to attack, block and dodge the strike of your enemies, whether this be in the PVE, PVP, or even in the Arena modes.

You can unlock moves by successfully dodging or blocking the enemy’s attack and winning the fight. Simply arrange your Combat Deck into four different stances.

The Koalition

You can use your own fists, or  a weapon you picked up along the way. But the weapon, like a short sword, can break while you’re using it. It can also get knocked out of your hands, and can even be used against you.

Leveling up your character is good, as you doing so will allow you to gain more attributes you can use when fighting alone or against a team.

Shacknews

The game is comparable to the Dark Souls Series, except for the Martial Arts moves of its character.

Overall, it’s fun to watch! You will surely play this for a very long time.
