5.1-magnitude quake strikes Davao Occidental: PHIVOLCS

(Eagle News)–A 5.1-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental early Sunday, April 12.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 352 kilometers southeast of Sarangani at 4:23 a.m.

Its depth was 14 kilometers.

No damage to property was recorded but aftershocks were.
