4.3-magnitude quake hits E. Samar

(Eagle News)–A 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck Eastern Samar today, April 29.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 7:12 a.m., had its epicenter 53 kilometers northeast of Hernani.

It had a depth of 56 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
