4.1-magnitude earthquake strikes off Sultan Kudarat early Saturday, Aug. 7

(Eagle News) — A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck off Sultan Kudarat early Saturday, Aug. 7.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 12:08 a.m.

It had its epicenter 192 kilometers southwest of Palimbang.

The depth of focus was 622 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
