3.9-magnitude quake hits Sulu

(Eagle News)–A 3.9-magnitude earthquake struck Sulu today.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 4:13 a.m.

It had its epicenter 230 kilometers southeast of Banguigui.

Depth of focus was 608 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
