(Eagle News)–A 3.9-magnitude earthquake struck Negros Occidental today.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 10:52 a.m., had its epicenter 10 kilometers northwest of Cauayan.
It had a depth of focus of 22 kilometers.
The following instrumental Intensities were recorded:
Intensity II – Bago City, Negros Occidental
Intensity I – La Carlota City, Negors Occidental
No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
