(Eagle News)–A 3.7-magnitude earthquake struck Sarangani on Thursday, Sept. 26.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 19 kilometers northeast of Alabel at 4:46 p.m.
Depth of focus was 29 kilometers.
An instrumental intensity II was recorded in Alabel, Sarangani; and in General Santos.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
