3.6-magnitude quake hits N. Samar

(Eagle News)-A 3.6-magnitude earthquake struck off Northern Samar on Friday, Oct. 25.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 74 kilometers northwest of Laoang at 7:28 a.m.

Depth of focus was three kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
