3.5-magnitude earthquake hits N. Samar on Thursday night

(Eagle News)–A 3.5-magnitude earthquake struck Northern Samar on Thursday night.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 50 kilometers northwest of Pambujan at 10:15 p.m.

Depth of focus is 21 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
