3.2-magnitude earthquake strikes off Davao Oriental

(Eagle News)–A 3.2-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Oriental on Friday, Sept. 27.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 170 kilometers southeast of Governor Generoso at 4:21 p.m.

Depth of focus was 46 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
