(Eagle News)–A 3.0-magnitude earthquake struck Catanduanes on Sunday, May 12.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 24 kilometers southeast of Virac.
The depth of focus of the quake was 49 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
