QUEZON City, Philippines – The incoming 17th Congress will prioritize the amendment of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 to include in the list of prohibited drugs the substance known as “green amore”.
The substance is said to be the cause of the death of five victims who attended the summer concert in Pasay City. “Green Amore” is a lethal substance which results from mixing shabu, ecstasy and others.
