QUEZON City, Philippines – Presumptive Republican Presidential Nominee Donald Trump said that he will pull the United States of America from the Paris Climate Agreement out because it gives the foreign bureaucrats control on US energy consumption within US soil. He also said that he will slash oil regulations and that he will make American energy dominance as a strategic and foreign policy goal.
