Solon calls joint Philippine-Japan military drill unconstitutional

QUEZON City, Philippines, June 24 (Eagle News) – ACT-Teachers party-list representative Antonio Tinio asked for a halt in the ongoing joint military drills between the Philippines and Japan, saying that said drill is unconstitutional because there is no existing treaty ratified by the Senate between the Philippines and Japan.
