SC: No work in courts nationwide on Dec. 26, 2018 and Jan. 2, 2019

(Eagle News)–The Supreme Court has canceled work in all courts nationwide on December 26, 2018 and on January 2, 2019.

The SC made the announcement in a Tweet on Wednesday, December 19.

According to the SC, the suspension was to “allow the officials and personnel of the judiciary full opportunity to celebrate the holidays with their families.”

Earlier, the Palace canceled work in executive offices and state universities and colleges on Jan. 2.

The Palace said private companies and others have the discretion to suspend work on that day.
