Russian embassy in Manila opens book of condolences for slain ambassador in Turkey

(Eagle News) — The Embassy of the Russian Federation to the Republic of the Philippines opened a book of condolences today, Thursday, to allow those in Manila to register their sympathies for the tragic death of the Russian Ambassador to Turkey, Mr. Andrey G. Karlov.

The book of condolences will be open at the Embassy (1245, Acacia Road, Dasmarinas Village, Makati) today, Thursday, December 22, 2016 from 9 a.m. until 12 noon and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

“The Embassy of the Russian Federation to the Republic of the Philippines has to inform with deep sorrow of the tragic death of Mr. Andrey G. Karlov, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of the Turkey, on December 19, 2016 in Ankara as a result of the terrorist attack,” said a letter sent to Eagle News Service announcing the opening of the book of condolences.
