(Eagle News)–Former Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque on Monday, Feb. 4, said he was “open” to returning to the Cabinet.
Roque made the statement in a television interview, days after he announced he had withdrawn his senatorial bid due to health concerns.
“But that’s being presumptuous. I don’t even want to go there,” Roque was quick to add.
Roque served as President Rodrigo Duterte’s spokesperson for almost a year until he resigned to pursue his senatorial bid in the 2019 elections.
Although Duterte endorsed his bid, the President said Roque would not win a seat in the May polls.
