MANILA, Philippines – Prince Albert of Monaco arrived at the Philippines for a two-day official visit which is expected to create a stronger diplomatic and economic relations between the Philippines and Monaco. Prince Albert is also scheduled to visit the Tubbataha Reef in Palawan.
