QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte called for unity among the members of the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) while also promoting innovation and synergy.
In his speech during his state visit in Cambodia, he also said that ASEAN should exert efforts to strengthen cooperation between members and that the association itself should be strong, relevant and responsive especially at this time when strong foreign powers are influencing regional politics.
