(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte has approved the promotion of ten members of the Philippine National Police.
The President approved the promotion of Chief Supt. Noel Gicano Constantino to director; and of Supt. Arthur Riosa Llamas to Senior Supt.
Also promoted were Supts. Mark Manfred Anthony Estacio Solero, Ignacio Reyes Cumigad Jr., Julian Gumahad Boquida, Roy Tubio Abella, Michael Forro Lebanan, Georby Cawaling Manuel, Rudecindo Licup Reales and John Audie Felipe Antonio.
They now have the rank of Senior Supt.
The promotions were based on the endorsement of the chairperson of the Civil Service Commission, as recommended by the National Police Commission.
