(Eagle News) — President Aquino on Monday, bid farewell to the men and women of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, saying he was proud to leave behind a more modern and well-equipped military.

Aquino also thanked the AFP for its dedication in ensuring the safety of Filipinos.
