Country to have mostly fair weather today – PAGASA

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated light rains today March 27, the country’s weather bureau said.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), Visayas will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon (CALABARZON), Bicol Region and the provinces of Mindoro, Romblon and Marinduque will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains.

PAGASA added that Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

On its weather advisory, PAGASA said moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Eastern Visayas and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas.
