QUEZON City, Philippines – The proposed toll hike of the North Luzon Expressway may reach 21% if their new petition is approved by the toll regulatory board.
According to Rodrigo Franco, President and CEO of the Manila North Tollways Corporation, the petition combined earlier petitions from 2013 and 2015, thus the proposed increase may reach 21%.
