(Eagle News) — The helicopter of President Rodrigo Duterte lands on the Batasang Pambansa grounds shortly before 4 p.m. The President is set to deliver his second State of the Nation Address (SONA) today, July 24, 2017, before the session hall of the Philippine Congress. The theme of his SONA this year is “a comfortable life for all,” according to Malacanang.
