(Eagle News) — The new representative of the Kabayan party-list took his oath before Speaker Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on Wednesday, Oct. 3.
Paul Hernandez, the fourth nominee of the party-list in the 2016 polls, replaced Rep. Ciriciaco Calalang, who died recently after suffering a stroke.
Apart from Hernandez, Rep. Benhur Salimbangon represents the Kabayan party-list.
