Raps filed vs. 2 ‘narco generals’

(Eagle News)– National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Vice Chairman executive officer Rogelio Casurao confirmed the filing of formal charges against two ‘narco generals’.

National Capital Region Police Officer chief Director Joel Pagdilao and former Quezon City Police District Office director Chief Superintendent Edgardo Tinio will face charges of serious neglect of duty, serious irregularities in the performance of duty, and conduct unbecoming of a police officer.
According to Casurao, the documents submitted that would serve as evidence will not lie.
NAPOLCOM’s investigators have yet to find a link between the two and drug personalities.
