(Eagle News) — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) on Thursday, April 27 has started releasing its plastic drivers’ license cards in Metro Manila.
According to Attorney Clarence Guinto, LTO-National Capital Region Director, drivers who applied for the plastic license can now claim their ID cards as the agency has already printed the plastic drivers’ license cards that have piled up in the last few years.
Guinto then clarified that this batch of plastic drivers’ license cards has a 3-year validity.
