The Makati City Regional Trial Court has ordered the arrest of alleged drug supplier Peter Go Lim.

Branch 65 Presiding Judge Gina Bibat-Palamos issued the warrant also against Ruel Malindangan after finding probable cause for the charges of  conspiracy to commit illegal drug trading filed by the Department of Justice against the two, Kerwin Espinosa and Marcelo Adorco.

“After a careful evaluation of the information and the supporting evidence, the court finds that it has jurisdiction over the subject matter of the information and that probable cause exist(s) to hold accused (Lim, Espinosa, Adorco and Malindangan) for trial,” the judge said.

No warrant, however, was issued against Espinosa, as he is in the Witness Protection Program, while Adorco was already in the custody of the Philippine National Police.

The judge set the arraignment of the accused at Aug. 28, at 1:30 p.m.

She also set the hearing on the urgent ex-parte motion for the issuance of a hold departure order against Lim on Aug. 17, 1:30 p.m.
