(Eagle News)–Former actress Keanna Reeves was arrested for cyberlibel on Monday, Nov. 12.
Reeves, whose real name is Janet Derecho Duterte, was arrested past noon in Quezon City by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Maria Florencia Formes-Baculo of Laguna Regional Trial Court Branch 34.
Earlier, one Nancy Dimaranan filed charges of cyberlibel against the former actress, who reportedly hurled insults online against the owner of a food park in Laguna where Reeves had performed.
The judge has recommended a P200,000 bail for Reeves’ temporary liberty.
