(Eagle News)-The House committee on justice on Tuesday, Sept. 4, found the impeachment complaints filed against now-Chief Justice Teresita De Castro and other justices who voted to oust Maria Lourdes Sereno as Chief Magistrate sufficient in form.

Twenty-one members voted to approve the motion to find sufficiency in form in the complaints filed  by opposition lawmakers led by Rep.Edcel Lagman against  De Castro, SC Justices Diosdado Peralta, Lucas Bersamin, Andres Reyes, Francis Jardeleza, Noel Tijam and Alexander Gesmundo.
