(Eagle News) — Members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo, Church Of Christ, in the District of Western Canada solidified their unity when they participated in the Intensive Worldwide Propagation which was simultaneously broadcast in different sites from the Philippine Arena.
It was officiated by the Church’s Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V Manalo. He expounded on the importance of being inside the true Church Of Christ. What it entails to be saved and what is the blessing and fortune of those who heed the call of the Almighty God. He also emphasized to the viewers and listeners to pay close attention on how he would read the scriptures written in the Bible. Those words are not his but of the Almighty God.
Close to 600 guests in the District arrived at 27 different sites. After a majestic hymn singing of over 20,000 choir members, guests were glued and intently listened as the Words of God were taught. It was indeed a much talked about event worldwide not only to those who were present at the different sites but also to those who have seen how widely it was spread in the social media.
Members inside the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) had definitely proven the oneness in all that they do; distance and time could never hinder a true and devoted member. Though the weather in many parts of the District was not promising at all, members had one thing in their mind, heart and soul, to unite their spirit, in the work of propagation, spreading it worldwide as they strongly believe, the end is near.
One visitor said, “Seeing the Executive Minister preach and officiate takes me a step further, I have never seen a church nowadays who would spend the time and effort to get everyone together in such a magnificent occasion as studying the words of God, no one can unite all its members throughout the world but the Iglesia ni Cristo. They have taken the extra mile, having it simultaneously broadcasted worldwide. I feel lucky to be a part of it.”
The unconditional effort of everyone involved in the magnitude of the recent event should be commended. It is through spiritual works like these in these hard and trying times for many, spearheaded by the humble members of the church through the leadership of their Executive Minister Brother Eduardo V. Manalo can one truly say, there is great humanity and love that should spread in all the people in the world.
