(Eagle News)—In these pictures released by the Office of the Chief of the Philippine National Police, PNP Chief Oscar Albayalde is seen visiting the wake of Rep. Rodel Batocabe in Albay.
Batocabe was shot as he was about to board his vehicle from a gift-giving activity in Daraga on Saturday, Dec. 22.
His bodyguard was also killed.
The National Bureau of Investigation has said the killing was “likely politically motivated.”
